You are the light, you are the fabric of the heavenly hosts,
You are the joy that sings to the life of the universe
With the music of the spheres.

So be the one who holds this space and opens the door to Heaven
With the grace of God’s divine face.
Welcome the ones who heard the call,
And know we have brought them to you,
To come into the House of God.

May they touch the light that is their soul,
May they find the love that is their heart’s longing,
May they find the peace that is their lives’ journey,
May they know their good by finding love within,
And see this love in the breath of life,
In the beauty of the Garden of Earth,
And the ones who have come to serve the light.

May they see and serve the love of others,
And know that God is alive in the heart of mankind.
This love will lead them to know God,
And the greatest gift—to love mankind as God does.

This love will heal the world,
This love will bring us peace,
This love will guide us Home to God.”

Do the same at the bottom. Also, cut through the paper underneath, going down to the carbon.

Some filters (particularly carbon-based ones) have a plastic netting to help keep the paper part of the filter in place. To clean the filter, you need to remove that netting.
