you light the sky with reminders of your presence so I can find the reasons to my questions of why you breathe my breath and in my heart you place a smile when times are tough you guide me on the way so I can get on by you are the holy of holies you are the freer of chains the one who blessed and forgave us and you’re known by many names and when I doubt you give me faith when I’m tired you give me strength once I promised to serve in what way I can and you gave me words and led my hand and people wonder what you are all about I pray they go within and find themselves Lord I thank you everyday I am your stubborn scribe that is often lost along the way but know I can call upon you and talk to you come what may
