oh what is
to live life
and experience it
to be it
and eat it up
to fearlessly embrace
all this opportunities we face

and we can write and reflect it
we can act out our regrets
about what’s gone and what’s left
but nothing takes the place
of living here in time and space

with infinite expressions
beyond all comprehension
of this strange power if grace
of being alive here with the human race
