what I see now could be a clearing
perhaps a chance to stop and rest
and see these memories of a lifetime
that leave abstract outlines but no regrets

there are shadows in the cosmic mirror
where we can see a holy light that reflects
some brighter truth that promises the answer
some hope of hope that we’ve not found yet

but the merry go round of life spins on
and we can choose to ride until we find
the golden ring that is ever waiting
for us to grab to bring us peace of mind

and God relates and communicates
in millions of secret ways
and words can’t seem to ever capture
what that silent voice does say

and as we look for some deeper meaning
of what this life is all about
it comes to us in some mystic vision
perhaps a bible that the master held

and there comes this moment of truth
deep in the hidden heart of you
that is the mirror that holds the reason
Gods love is Alive in the soul of you
