There was this heavenly creation That you brought into being. And as we continue to be bathed in your light, We see more of what you created, More of what we need to learn from every day. We see new dimensions of your light and love As the world works with your energy With peace and goodwill to ascend Into higher realms of being. Yet Lord, there are still those lost in darkness here. Those that are angry and full of hatred and fear. Those who kill and do not understand the need For love for our fellow humans. Lord, I ask for more light, I ask for more patience So I can continue to serve those who are in need here And who cannot see your blessings of love. So with your radiant light we may become enlightened And find peace.
